摘要
服务经济社会发展是高校的基本职能之一,也是高等教育发展的必然要求,更是时代赋予高校的历史使命.通过探析我市高校在服务经济社会发展中存在的问题,提出了增强我市高校服务经济社会发展的具体对策.
Serving the economic and social development is one of the basic functions of higher education institutions（HEI）, the inevitable requirement of the development of higher education, and the historic mission entrusted by the times. The specific countermeasures to enhance the HEI＇s capacity of serving the development of economy and society in Tianjin are proposed on the basis of analyzing the problems of HEI in serving the city＇s economic and social development.
