不同铁源及铁粉体外溶解率的研究

Research about the dissolution rate of different source of iron and iron powder in vitro

摘要 试验旨在研究猪常用的两种铁源甘氨酸铁和硫酸亚铁及机械磨损产生的铁粉依次经过蒸馏水、模拟胃内环境配制的溶液(pH=2.2)和模拟小肠内环境配制的溶液(pH=6.4)溶解后的溶解率。试验结果表明:1甘氨酸铁在蒸馏水中溶解30 min和经蒸馏水溶解30 min后调pH=2.2溶解1 h后的溶解率均低于硫酸亚铁,且差异极显著(P<0.000 1),然而在蒸馏水中溶解30 min后调pH=2.2溶解1 h,再调pH=6.4溶解2 h后甘氨酸铁的溶解率则高于硫酸亚铁,且差异极显著(P<0.000 1);2铁粉在蒸馏水中溶解30 min后调pH=2.2溶解1 h,再调pH=6.4溶解2 h后溶解后的溶解率均低于甘氨酸铁和硫酸亚铁,且差异极显著(P<0.000 1)。因此,可推断甘氨酸铁在猪体内的吸收率可能高于硫酸亚铁;机械磨损产生的铁粉几乎不被溶解,试验及实际生产中的消化吸收可忽略不计。 This experiment was conducted to study the dissolution rate of glycine iron and ferrous sul- fate--two kinds of iron somme commonly used in pigs, as well as iron powder produced with mechani- cal wear, after dissolved in distilled water, solution simulated the stomach environment (pH=2.2) and solution simulated the small intestine environment (pH=6.4) in turn. The results showed that: (1) When dissolved in distilled water for 30 rain and dissolved in the solution pH=2.2 for 1 h after dissolved in distilled water for 30 min, the dissolution rate of glycine iron was extremely lower than that of ferrous sulfate(P〈0.000 1), whereas when dissolved in the solution pH=6.4 for 2 h after dissolved in distilled water for 30 min and the solution pH=2.2 for 1 h in turn, the dissolution rate of glycine iron was ex- tremely higher than that of ferrous sulfate(P〈0.000 1); (2) When dissolved in distilled water for 30 min and then in the solution pH=2.2 for 1 h, and lastly in the solution pH=6.4 for 2 h, the dissolution rate of iron powder was extremely lower than that of glycine iron and ferrous sulfate (P〈0.000 1). So it can be deduced that the absorption rate of glycine iron may be higher than that of ferrous sulfate in pigs; iron powder produced with mechanical wear is almost insoluble, its digestion and absorption in experi- ment and practical production can be negligible.
