摘要 混合动力汽车动力系统参数匹配对整车动力性和燃油经济性有显著影响。为了得到合理的动力系统参数匹配方案,采用车辆传统理论和经验公式对混合动力系统进行了初步匹配,然后基于正交试验理论设计了4因素正交试验对选取的部件参数进行优化,得到了一组最优参数组合方案。利用先进的汽车仿真软件AVL-Cruise的组件变量(Component Variation)功能,设计了9组DOE Plan仿真试验,对优化方案进行了验证和对比。结果表明:正交试验方法理论思路合理,实际可行,能得到准确度较高的动力系统参数寻优结果。 The parameters matching of the powertrain system of the hybrid electric vehicle has a significant impact on the performance of the dynamic and the fuel economy. In order to obtain a reasonable scheme of parameters matching of parallel hybrid powertrain system, this paper makes the preliminary matching of the powertrain system with traditional vehicle theoretical and experimental formulas, then a four-factor orthogonal test is designed on the basis of orthogonal optimization theory to optimize the structural parameters which are chosen. A matching scheme with a group of optimized parameters is obtained. 9 groups of DOE Plan are designed by using the special Component Variation function of the advanced vehicle simulation software AVL-Cruise. Optimization schemes are validated and compared. The results indicate that orthogonal test method is reasonable in theoretical thinking and feasible in practice, and obtain the optimization powertrain system parameters that are with a high accuracy.
