摘要
目的了解护士对临床使用个人数位助理的评价、满意度及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对重庆市个人数字助理(PDA)使用覆盖率为100%的某三级甲等医院内的981名护士进行调查并分析结果。结果护士对PDA在临床运用的评价,平均得分为(2.99±0.91)分,其中年龄越大、工作时间越长、使用PDA时间越长的护士评价越高(P<0.05);护理人员对PDA操作满意度平均得分为(2.88±0.91)分,其中护士的年龄、职称、工作时间和使用PDA时间与满意度呈正相关(P<0.05);且护士对PDA的评价与满意度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论护理人员对PDA的评价与满意度仍有提升空间,建议加强护士信息化能力地培训。
Objective The purpose of this study was to understand the nurses′ attitude ,satisfaction and other related factors while using the personal digital assistant （PDA） in nursing practice .Methods A structured questionnaire was sent to 981 nurses in one top three hospital in which the coverage of PDA was 100% ,and then analyzed the results .Results The nurses′ evaluate toward using PDA was 2 .99 ± 0 .91 ,and nurses who were older ,working longer ,using a PDA longer had higher rate of acceptance （P〈0 .05） ;the PDA satisfaction rate on the Likert 5 point scale was 2 .88 ± 0 .91 .The nurse′s age ,job title ,work time and the using time of PDA were positively correlated to satisfaction （P〈 0 .05） ;the nurses′ acceptance and satisfaction rates were strongly corre‐lated when using the PDA system（P〈 0 .05） .Conclusion It is necessary that nurses receive previous digital equipment training be‐fore using the PDA system .
