摘要
目前国内大部分艺术马赛克生产企业均采用人工排版,效率低、错误率高。为了解决这个问题,设计了马赛克自动排版生产线,详细介绍了关键机构的设计与选择,重点介绍了正反面判别、翻转及汇集机构,解决了艺术马赛克自动上料、使出料面一致、正反面识别翻转和汇集占用空间大等问题,实现自动排版。在此基础上还编制了马赛克的排版工艺流程和控制方案。
Currently,the artificial typesetting way is adopted by most of art mosaic production enterprises,which is inefficient but high error rate. In order to solve this problem,a mosaic automatic typesetting production line was designed,with the detailed introduc-tion about design and selection of key institutions,especially focusing on the difficult issues liked automatic feeding of art mosaic,re-sorting to consistent material surface,discriminating and flipping the positive and negative sides and occupying large space of collection part. Finally,the automatic typesetting was achieved. On this basis,mosaic typesetting process flow and control solution were pre-pared.
