摘要
采用非线性成本函数关系,考虑企业对风险的态度,运用博弈论等方法研究逆向供应链中制造商与回收商之间的契约协调问题,发现风险中性型再制造商和风险规避型回收商组成的逆向供应链系统中,系统绩效受逆向系统盈利能力和回收努力效率、风险规避程度等多方面因素影响,当总边际收益和不变且再制造商边际收益高于回收商边际收益时,系统表现较好,此时成本共担模式优于利润共享模式,而当双方边际收益相等时,由于风险成本的存在,收益共享模式最优,甚至高于协同合作模式。
In this paper, we adopted the game theory to approach the contractual coordination of the manufacturer and recycler in a reverse supply chain, identified the influence factors of the performance of the supply chain system composed of a risk-neutral re-manufacturer and a risk-averse recycler, and at the end, discussed the optimal coordination mode for different situations.
