摘要
文章研究了梳针刺辊速度变化对成纱毛羽的影响问题。用YG172型纱线毛羽仪分别对梳棉机采用梳针和锯齿刺辊在四档不同速度条件下所加工的棉纱毛羽进行了检测。结果显示梳针刺辊速度为700 r/min时最有利于成纱毛羽的减少,锯齿刺辊速度为1 100 r/min时最有利于成纱毛羽的减少,锯齿刺辊比梳针刺辊更有利于成纱毛羽的减少。
By using Model YG172 hairiness tester, the hairiness of the cotton yarn samples which were spun by using respectively pin-type licker-in and saw-tooth licker-in at four different speeds were tested. The test results show that when the pin-type licker-in operated at the speed of 700 r/min, it is in favor of reducing hairiness, while the hairiness was effectively reduced when the saw-tooth licker-in operated at 1,100 r/min, and the saw-tooth licker-in is better than pin-type licker-in in term of reducing hairiness.
