摘要 综述了喷墨印花机用压电式喷头、热气泡式喷头和连续喷墨喷头的工作原理和发展现状。结合2014中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会调研情况,阐述了喷墨印花机在提高印花速度和分辨率两方面的发展现状和趋势,介绍分析了MS公司LaRio喷墨印花机、Konica Minolta公司的Naseenger PRO 1000喷墨印花机、Zimmer公司Colaris喷墨印花机和杭州宏华数码科技股份公司VEGA7000k喷墨印花机。 This paper made an overview on the development of various types of print-heads, including piezo inkjet, bubble inkjet and continuous ink jet, and their application in digital inkjet printing equipment. With the exhibition inIbrmation of ITMA ASIA and CITM E 2014, the development and advanced trends of digital inkjet printing equipments in their print speed and resolution were analyzed. MS LaRio, Konica Minolta Naseenger PRO 1000, Zimmer Colaris and Honghua VEGA7000k were representatives of the latest digital inkjet printing equipments, and their characteristics were summarized.
