阐述手机网络在健康促进工作中的重要性,比较国内外利用手机网络开展健康促进工作的现状,分析手机网络在健康促进应用中存在的问题并进行思考,建议转变观念并处理好顶层设计、多维合作、技术创新等。
The paper elaborates the importance of mobile - phone network （MPN） in health promotion, compares MPN utilization status in health promotion work at home and abroad, analyzes the problems of MPN in health promotion work. Based on consideration, advices are put forward including idea transformation, top - level design, multi - dimentional coorperation, technology innovation, etc.
