摘要
产业扶贫在扶贫工作中占有重要地位,依托当地资源禀赋、建立贫困农户的自我发展与互助合作机制是产业扶贫目标能否实现的关键。本文以A中心组织实施的畜牧产业扶贫项目为例,对形成的畜牧产业联动扶贫模式的主要特点进行了总结,分析了该模式发挥作用的机制优势,并对实施畜牧产业扶贫项目提出了相关建议。
Industry poverty alleviation plays an important role in the work of poverty alleviation. Relying on local resources, setting up self-development and cooperation mechanism of poor peasant households are the keys to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation. Along with the industrial upgrading, industrial linkage appeared creating a new mode in poverty alleviation. In this paper, the livestock industry poverty alleviation projects organized by NGO A were used as examples to summarize the main characteristics of this new mode of industry linkage. The advantages in mechanism is analyzed, and related suggestions to help carrying out livestock industry poverty alleviation are put forward.
