摘要
针对某电厂660 MW超临界锅炉水冷壁发生爆管的问题,分析了该故障产生的原因,认为水冷壁爆管为长期超温及短期严重过热所致,提出了处理故障的措施和预防水冷壁爆管的建议。
In the light of water wall tube blasting of 660 MW supercritical boiler in a causes of the fault, and holds that the fault was caused by the long-term overtemperature and puts forward some measures for treating the fault and some suggestions on preventing power plant, this paper analyzes the and short-term serious overheating, water wall tube blasting.
