摘要
阐述了高校学报的性质与出版定位,探讨了高校学报的使命,指出高校学报应针对所在高校的优势,积极扩大稿源,加强国际交流,吸收校内外优秀研究成果论文,把学报办成有个性和特色的刊物。
This paper expounds the nature and publishing orientation of university journal, probes into the missions of university journal, and points out that university journal should be focused on the advantages of its own university, expand manuscript sources actively,absorb outstanding research papers both inside and outside university, and make the university journal become such a periodical with personality and features.
