摘要
病窦综合征患者可出现窦性心动过缓、窦性停搏等多种心律失常和临床症状。此类患者通常给予起搏器治疗。部分轻症患者可通过异丙肾上腺素、阿托品等缓解症状。本文报告应用氨茶碱缓释片治疗病窦综合征1例。
Sinus bradycardia, cardiac arrest and many other kinds of clinical symptomscan occur in patients withsick sinus syndrome.Such patients can be treated by installing a pacemaker.Some patients with mild symptoms can be treated by medicines such asisoprinosine and atropine.We presented a case withsick sinus syndrometreated by aminophylline sustained-release tablets.
