793个周期夫精宫腔内人工授精临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨影响夫精宫腔内人工授精妊娠率的临床因素。方法回顾分析在深圳市人民医院生殖中心行夫精宫腔内人工授精（IUI）的793个周期的临床资料。结果周期临床妊娠率为15．8％。不孕原因对临床妊娠率有影响，双方因素临床妊娠率（26．0％）高于男方因素（14．5％）、子宫内膜异位症（11．4％）、不明原因（11．0％）；不同治疗方案对临床妊娠率有影响，CC＋HMG／FSH＋hCG组临床妊娠率（24．8％）高于自然周期组（12．0％）；IUI周期数临床妊娠率无影响。结论不孕原因及不同促排卵方案影响夫精宫腔内人工授精的妊娠率。
