摘要
以我国图书馆法律体系建设问题为研究对象,阐述了我国加强图书馆法律体系建设的重大价值,分析了当前我国图书馆法律体系建设存在的不足,提出了健全和完善我国图书馆法律体系的基本原则和有效措施。
Taking the construction of library＇s legal system in China as the study object, this paper expounds the important value of strengthening the construction of library＇s legal system in China, analyzes some shortages currently existing in the construction of library＇s legal system in China, and puts forward some basic principles and effective measures for improving and perfecting the library＇s legal system in China.
