摘要
在中医预防医学发展史上,《伤寒杂病论》灵动活泼的辨证预防思维起到了承前启后的作用,本文从仲景整体性、动态性的预防思维特色出发,探讨其对叶天士"先安未受邪之地"的影响,证明思维层面的内涵是伤寒、温病防治过程中共同的精髓,是发展中医预防医学的关键。
On the histroy of TCM preventive medicine development, smart and lively syndrome prevention thoughts of ＂Shanghan Zabing Lun＂ took over from the past and set a new course for the future, this paper discussed the influ- ence on Ye Tianshi ＂Caring the Healthy Part Firstly＂ from Zhongjing integrity, and dynamic prevenive thinking , proved that the connotation of thinking level is the essence of common process of prevention and treatment of epidemic febrile diseases, typhoid fever, it is the key to the development of traditional Chinese Preventive medicine.
