摘要
总结山广志教授治疗脑瘤的临床经验,阐述其治疗脑瘤的学术思想。山教授认为脑瘤多是属于本虚标实之证,在病因上重视"风"与"痰";在临证中不仅要重视辨证施治,也要结合辨病,配合应用抗肿瘤药、虫类药及引经药等,从而收到良好疗效;既重视中医药治本之功,也不忽略西医在急症治标上的优势作用;同时山教授临证亦重视调摄患者饮食、生活及情志。
This paper summarized the clinical experiences of Professor Shan Guangzhi in treating brain tumors, expounded the academic thoughts of treating brain tumor. Professor Shan thinks that the brain tumor mostly belongs to the virtual real standard of evidence, we should think highly of the pathogeny-＂wind＂ and＂ phlegm＂. In clinical, we should not only pay attention to the syndrome differentiation, but also pay attention to disease differentitation, combined with antineoplastic drugs, insect drugs and cited by the application of drugs, so that we can receive good curative effects. Attach importance to the role of traditional Chinese medicine based on permanent, nor ignore the advantages of Western medicine in emergency stopgap. At the same time, Professor Shan also pay attention to diet mountain, patients recuperating the life and emotion in the clinical.
