摘要
通过这几年的研究和应用,钻井液性能不断得到优化,抗污染能力得到提高,大斜度煤层井段钻井液密度由原来的1.30 g/cm3以上降低到目前的1.20 g/cm3,固相含量降低,有利于钻井液性能调整,煤层段及斜井段井壁稳定,起下钻、电测及下套管等施工顺利,机械钻速明显提高,钻井液成本降低。
Through years of research and application, properties of drilling fluid system has been improved and the contaminationresistance ability has been enhanced. Fluid density used in highly deviated coal bed wells has decreased from 1.30g/era3 to 1.20g/cm3,and the decreasing of solid phase content makes it beneficial to drilling fluid performance change. The horehole in coal bed anddeviated well wall is stable, trip and electrical logging and casing work go smoothly. As a result, the ROP is obvious improved and thecost of drilling fluid has been reduced.
