原发性食管小细胞癌12例诊治分析

摘要 原发性食管小细胞癌（primary esophageal small cell carcinoma，PESC）是一种非常少见的恶性肿瘤，其胃镜、影像学、临床表现等与食管鳞癌、腺癌相似，但其生物学行为、组织来源及治疗等不同于食管鳞癌及腺癌，具有症状出现早、生长速度快、病情发展迅速、早期就可发生转移的特点。治疗的标准方法目前仍未确定。本文收集我院近年收治的12例PESC的患者的临床资料，对其治疗效果和预后因素进行回顾性分析，报道如下。
