摘要
本研究采用个案研究的方法,深入探讨了大学英语新手教师学习教学的过程,以及这种实践经历是如何构建其教师身份的。本研究作为历时研究,观察并记录了一位新手教师工作第一年的教学经历和感受。最终本研究发现,新手教师的身份建构过程和其课堂教学的变化过程紧密联系并相互影响。
The present research takes a case study approach to deeply discuss the studying and teaching process of a novice college English teacher and the construction of his teacher identity based on her classroom practices. As a di- achronic study, the researcher investigated and recorded a novice teacher's teaching experience and feelings in her first academic year. Finally the research revealed that the construction of teacher identity and the changing classroom practices are closely related and can influence each other.
