阿托伐他汀钙对2型糖尿病肾病患者瘦素的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨阿托伐他汀钙对2型糖尿病肾病患者血清瘦素水平的影响。方法:60位2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为阿托伐他汀钙组及安慰剂组,分别予阿托伐他汀钙及安慰剂治疗3个月,观察阿托伐他汀钙对血清瘦素、C反应蛋白、转铁蛋白、白蛋白及血脂的影响。结果:阿托伐他汀钙治疗后,阿托伐他汀钙组血清瘦素、C反应蛋白、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇显著降低(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高(P<0.01)。阿托伐他汀钙对于转铁蛋白、白蛋白没有影响。安慰剂组上述参数无明显变化。结论:对瘦素的抑制作用证明阿托伐他汀钙对2型糖尿病肾病具有降血脂以外的益处。
