摘要
目的分析本院不良反应报告情况,提高对药品不良反应的警惕和早期发现,最大限度保证患者用药安全。方法对本院2013年1~6月收集的96例药品不良反应报表进行分析评价。结果本院96例药品不良反应中,〉60岁的患者药品不良反应发生率最高,占37.5%;给药途径中静脉注射引起的药品不良反应64例,占66.7%;抗菌药物引起的药品不良反应最为多见,为46例,占47.9%;涉及受损系统以及临床表现中皮肤损伤最常见,为31例,占32.3%。结论掌握本院药品不良反应发生的规律和特点,针对特殊用药患者,尽量减少药品不良反应发生率,尽量减轻药品不良反应发生所造成的后果,为临床合理用药提供参考。
Objective To analyze the adverse drug reaction reports in our hospital,in order to increase the early detection on these adverse drug reaction,to ensure maximum medication safety in patient. Methods 96 cases of adverse drug reaction reports from January to June 2013 were analyzed. Results In the 96 cases of adverse drug reaction reports,the incidence of adverse drug reaction in patients more than 60 years old was highest,accounted for 37.5%;in route of administration,the adverse drug reaction caused by intravenous injection were 64 cases,accounted for 66.7%;antibacterial drugs induced adverse drug reactions were the most common,there were 46 cases,accounted for 47.9%;in damaged system and the clinical manifestations,skin injury was the most common,there were 31 cases,accounted for 32.3%. Conclusion Master the rules and characteristics of adverse drug reaction occurred in our hospital,in view of the special medication,reduce the incidence of adverse drug reaction,reduce the consequences caused by adverse drug reaction,provide reference for clinical rational drug use.
