摘要建设21世纪海上丝绸之路,对于中国未来的经济、社会、文化以及军事和外交的发展,具有重要作用,我们务必从战略高度全面深入认识建设21世纪海上丝绸之路的意义。一、丝绸之路与海上丝绸之路的内涵丝绸之路这一概念最早由19世纪普鲁士地理学家李希霍芬（Fendinand Von Riehehofen）使用,在此以后,得到世界各国学者的广泛认同和高度关注。
