摘要
通过对比不同的胶囊内部压力排放方式,对子午线轮胎硫化过程定型峰值压力进行优化研究。结果表明,合理设定定型排的位置及在胶囊进气方向实施压力自动控制均可有效降低定型峰值压力,提高轮胎的外观质量及均一性。
By comparing the different methods of releasing the internal pressure in bladders,the peak shaping pressure in radial tire curing process was optimized.The results showed that the peak shaping pressure could be reduced effectively by adjusting the position of shaping row and controlling the pressure at the entrance of bladders,which could improve the appearance quality and tire uniformity.
