摘要
[目的]探讨浅刺多穴法配合牵正膏治疗急性面神经炎的临床疗效。[方法]选取2012年1月至2013年10月在我院针灸门诊就诊的单侧急性面神经炎患者120例,随机分为针药结合治疗组、单纯针刺组和单纯药物组治疗,每组40例;3组分别于治疗14天、28天后进行疗效评定。[结果]治疗14d后针药结合组总有效率85.0%,单纯针刺组67.5%,单纯药物组60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗28d后针药结合组总有效率95.0%,单纯针刺组82.5%,单纯药物组80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针药结合组治疗28d与治疗14d的总有效率组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,与组内治疗14d比较,三组治疗28d后患侧面神经运动神经传导速度(motor nerve conduction velocity,MCV)增幅明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与同期的单纯针刺组、单纯药物组相比,针药结合组治疗28d面神经MCV增幅明显增加(P<0.05),治疗14d眼轮匝肌和口轮匝肌MCV增幅明显增加(P<0.05),额肌和鼻肌MCV增幅不明显(P>0.05)。[结论]浅刺多穴法配合牵正膏外敷治疗急性面神经炎明显优于单纯针刺或单纯药物治疗。
Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of multi-needle shal ow puncture combined with Qianzheng plaster on acute facial neuritis. [Methods] One hundred and twenty patients with acute facial neuritis from Janurary 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into three groups with 40 patients in each group. One was cured by multi-needle shal ow puncture together with Qianzheng plater, one was cured by multi-needle shal ow puncture only and the other was cured by medicine only. The clinical effects of three groups were observed after 14 days and 28 days of treatment. [Results] The total effective rate of acupuncture-medicine group was respectively 85.0% and 95.0% after 14 and 28 days; while the total effective rate of puncture-only and medicine-only groups were respectively 67.5%, 82.5% and 60.0%, 80.0%. The clinical effect of multi-needle shal ow puncture combined with Qianzheng plaster was better than that of puncture-only and medicine-only treatment groups. There was significant difference among three groups（P〈0.05）;The increasing range of facial nerve MCV of acupuncture-medicine group was also better than that of puncture-only and medicine-only treatment groups. There was significant difference between them（ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Multi-needle shal ow puncture combined with Qianzheng plaster is a better therapy than puncture only or medicine only for acute facial neuritis.
