摘要
针对于恒流量浇注这一课题,国内外学者均有研究,但其中大部分方法应用在真空感应浇铸系统中尚有不足之处。我所结合多年设计生产及使用经验,研究出一种恒流量的浇注算法,实现了非标炉型控制方法的快速开发,在降低成本的同时提高了工作效率。
The constant flow pouring has been studied home and abroad, but most of the methods applied in the vacuum induction pouring system are still inadequate. Combined with years of experience in design and production and use, we developed a kind of constant flow pouring algorithm which achieves a rapid development of non-standard furnace control methods, and improves efficiency while reducing costs.
