摘要
目的观察丹红注射液对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的疗效及对P选择素的影响。方法选择60例早期DN患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例在常规控制血糖、血压基础上予丹红注射液静脉滴注:治疗每天1次,每次20 mL,14 d为1疗程,连用2个疗程。治疗前后分别检测24 h尿蛋白定量、P选择素、糖化血红蛋白、血清肌酐。结果早期DN患者经用丹红注射液治疗4周后较治疗前24 h尿蛋白定量有显著减少,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且对P选择素亦有明显降低作用,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液对早期糖尿病肾病患者治疗有效,从而有延缓肾功能。
Objective To observe the influence of Danhong injection on P-selectin in patients with diabetic nephrop-athy and curative effect of Danhong .Methods 60 cases early stage diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly di-vided into control group and treated group .On the basis of routine control of blood glucose and blood pressure , the treated group （30 cases） was administered Danhong injection intervenous drop infusion ,20 mL/day,7 days as a course,received 2 therapeutic courses.24-hour urinary protein,P-selectin,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1C）and ser-um creatinine（Scr） were detected pre and post treatment .Results Compared with the control group ,urinary micro-albumin in treated group were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）,P-selectin were obviously reduced （P〈0.05）,the differences appeared statically significant .Conclusion Danhong injection is efficacious in alleviating renal dysfunc-tion in diabetic nephropathy patients .
