摘要 设计和实现开放式的输变电设备状态监测信息平台。以标准化的方式组织数据,采用关系型数据库与实时数据库相结合的优化数据存储,汇集生产管理系统、能量管理系统、变电设备状态监测、输电设备状态监测、环境监测等系统的数据,经过筛选、转换、合并,形成统一的数据结构。通过标准接口对外发布,供各类监测相关的应用程序访问,具有很好的数据开放性。易于扩展接入新系统,可为输变电设备状态数据分析提供长期支持。现已有多种输变电设备状态监测高级应用从平台获取各类数据。 An open power transmission and transformation equipment condition monitoring information platform is designed and realized. It organizes data in a standardized, optimizes data storage combined with relational database and real time database, and collects data of production management system, energy management system, power transformation and transmission equipment condition monitoring system, and environment monitoring system. After screening, conversion and merging, a unified data structure is formed which can be published through the standard interfaces and accessed by condition monitoring applications. New condition monitoring system can be easily joined in the platform, and the platform can provide long-term support for comprehensive analysis of condition monitoring data. There are many kinds of power transmission and transformation equipment state monitoring of advanced applications obtaining various types of data from the platform.
