摘要
依据标准规定的筛分方法,选择了三套不同厂家生产的筛网,对同一粒度规格的金刚石磨料进行了筛分对比实验。实验结果表明:同一规格不同厂家生产的筛网,其网孔尺寸和丝径尺寸都有较大的差别,这种差别严重影响了筛分结果的统一性和稳定性。为了保证金刚石磨料筛分结果的稳定统一,首先应选用合格的筛网,其次是研究制定磨料粒度组成筛分结果的校正方法。
Three kinds of screens of different manufacturers were used on the screening conducted comparative tests between the same particle size of diamond abrasives according to the standard screening method in this test. The result shows that, the mesh size and wire diameter size have a greater difference between the screens with the same specifications and different manufacturers. Such a difference has seriously affected the unity and stability of the screening results. In order to ensure the stability and unity of the diamond abrasive screening results, we should first choose a qualified screen, followed by the study of grain size of screening results correction method.
