MR弥散加权+灌注加权成像对急性脑缺血半暗带显像的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨MR弥散加权成像(DWI)与灌注加权成像(PWI)对急性脑缺血患者脑梗死灶周围有半暗带组织(IP)的影像学价值。方法:对临床83例超急性期(<6h)脑梗死进行数据采集,其中11例因义齿、病人烦躁等产生较大的伪影,数据不可靠而未能成功。成功72例,动脉性脑梗死50例,其中大脑中动脉供血区26例,大脑后动脉供血区14例,大脑前动脉供血区9例,大脑前动脉和大脑中动脉供血区同时梗死1例;基底节区梗死22例。结果:在动脉性脑梗死中病灶周围存在半暗带区,在基底节区梗死中没有半暗带区。结论:磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)+灌注加权成像(PWI)序列能显示动脉性脑梗死灶周围的低灌注区,即半暗带组织。
