摘要
以快速更换式单座调节阀为例,利用Solidworks软件对调节阀内部流场进行三维实体建模,用CFX软件对流场进行流体动力学分析,得到各开度下不平衡力的可视化结果。用等效阀瓣截面积的变化表示不同开度下压力的变化,用五阶泰勒展开式表示等效截面积与行程h的关系。结果表明,流开型调节阀不平衡力较大,冲刷作用区域较宽,但不平衡力作用方向始终为正,并且比流关型调节阀稳定。因此,一般直通单座调节阀设计成流开型。
This article provided a quickly - changed single - seat regulating valve as an example, using the SolidWorks software to establish a 3D solid model for regulating valve internal flow field. The fluid dynamics analysis about flow field was established by using the CFX software which could get the visu- al results of each opening of the unbalanced force. The equivalent sectional area of the valve core could express the different changes of pressures on each opening. And the fifth - order Taylor expansion was equivalent to the relationship between the sectional area and the stroke h. The results showed that the opened flowing type of regulating valve had larger unbalanced force and wider scouting area, but it had a tight direction of unbalanced force and a more stable than the closed flowing type of regulating valve. Thus, the general Straight - through single - seat regulating valve was designed to opened flowing type.
