摘要
目的研究两种水气接触方式的臭氧消毒机消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该臭氧消毒机杀菌性能进行了实验室观察。结果该臭氧消毒机以空气为工作气体,30 min臭氧产量约50 mg。采取水气接触方式1处理水量500 ml,作用20 min对水中大肠埃希菌杀灭率达到100%。采取水气接触方式2处理水量9 000 ml,作用20 min对水中大肠埃希菌杀灭率达到100%。结论该臭氧消毒机以水气接触方式2不仅处理水量大,且杀菌效果好。
Objective To know the difference of water disinfecting efficacy between two different liquid - gas contact methods of ozone produced by ozone disinfector. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe germicidal efficacy of the ozone disinfector. Results This ozone disinfector which using air as working gas could produce 50mg ozone in 30 minutes. Five hundred milliliters of contaminated water was disinfected and the killing rate of Escherichia coli reached 100% by the ozone disinfector with liquid - gas contact method I for 20 minutes. Nine thousands milliliters of contaminated water was disinfected and the killing rate of Escherichia coli reached 100% by the ozone disinfector with liquid - gas contact method Ⅱ for 20 minutes. Conclusion The ozone disinfector with liquid - gas contact methods Ⅱ has good germicidal efficacy and it can disinfect more contaminated water.
