摘要
目的研制一种复方中草药皮肤抗菌剂及其体外抑菌效果。方法采用滤纸片扩散法和稀释法,对该复方中草药皮肤抗菌剂及其单药成分抑菌效果进行了观察。结果该复方中草药主要有效成份为五倍子和黄芩。所组成的1-25号配方对金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑菌作用,其中4、5、9和10号配方对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌均有较好的抑菌效果。以浓度为0.4 g/ml黄芩和五倍子水提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌均显示出较好的抑菌效果,黄芩还对白色念珠菌有较强的抑菌效果。结论以五倍子与黄芩组成的复方中草药皮肤抗菌剂具有较好的体外抑菌效果。
Objective To study a new compound Chinese herbs with anti - infective effect on bacteria and fungus of skin and to study its in vitro antibacterial effect. Methods The filter paper diffusion method and double broth dilution method were used to observe the antibacterial effects of both the compound herbal skin antibacterial agent and each Chinese herbs in it. Results Scutellaria baicalensis and Chinese gall were the major effective components of the Chinese herbs compound. 25 kinds of formulas of the Scutellaria baicalensis and Chinese gall had bacteriostasis effect on Staphylococcus aureus. The No. 4, No. 5, No. 9, No. 10 formulas had antimicrobial activities to Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicaus. O. 4g/ml Scutellaria baicalensis solution and Chinese gall solution had antimicrobial activities to Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Scutellaria baicalensis had antimicrobial activities to Candida Albicans. Conclusion The Chinese herbs compound containing Scutellaria baicalensis and Chinese gall had antimicrobial activities to bacteria invitro.
