摘要
目的:建立三银片中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:C18(BDS 250mm×4.6mm,5μm,大连依利特);流动相:以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长:203nm;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0mL/min。结果:人参皂苷Rg1进样量在0.404μg^3.636μg范围内具有良好的线性关系;平均回收率为98.41%,RSD=0.91%。结论:本测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于活血通络片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of ginsenoside Rgl in Sanyin tablets. Methods: High -performance liquid chromatography was performed on a C^s column( BDS 250 mm x 4. 6 ram, 5 μm, Dalian Elite) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile - water for gradient elution at a detection wavelength of 203 nm,a column temperature of 35℃,and a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Results: The sample size of ginsenoside Rgl showed a good linear relationship with the peak area within 0. 404 - 3. 636 μg. The average recovery rate was 98.41%, with a relative standard deviation of 0.91%. Conclusion: This determination method is simple and repeatable and can be used for the quality control of Huoxue Tongluo tablets.
