摘要
为了提高中压开关柜运行的安全性,在对现有几种开关柜温度测量方法对比的基础上,提出了基于无线能量传输的温度监测系统,包括无线供电传感器节点、射频能量发射装置和后台监控中心。无线传感器节点利用射频能量收集模块将无线电波转换为自身工作的直流电源,并将监测数据发送至射频能量发射装置。笔者在传感器射频前端电路中增加微型射频变压器以提高射频能量收集模块的能量转换效率,通过仿真结果验证了其有效性,同时介绍了传感器节点的低功耗工作方式。传感器无需电池或CT供电,具有安全可靠、免维护等优点。
Based on the comparison of several existing temperature measurement methods for MV switchgears, a temperature monitoring system is proposed in virtue of wireless power transmission, which is composed of wireless powered sensor nodes, an RF energy transmitter, and a monitoring center. The wireless sensor nodes convert radio waves to DC power to power themselves through RF energy harvesting modules, and send monitoring data to the RF energy transmitter. An RF transformer is added to the RF front-end circuit of the sensor to improve the efficiency of the energy harvesting module, and the effectiveness is verified by simulation. Moreover, the low- power working mode of the sensor nodes is explicated. The sensor nodes don't need to be powered by batteries or CTs, and possess the advantages in safety, reliability, and maintenance-free property.
