摘要
目的观察改良齐刺中极穴对女性围绝经期压力性尿失禁的干预作用。方法将60例女性围绝经期压力性尿失禁患者随机分为中极组(30例)和肾俞组(30例);中极组采用改良齐刺中极穴治疗,肾俞组采用直刺肾俞穴治疗。两组疗程均为1个月,观察漏尿量(一小时尿垫试验)、尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)评分及血清雌激素E2变化情况。结果治疗前后组内比较,中极组漏尿量、I-QOL积分、E2水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),肾俞组漏尿量、I-QOL积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),E2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间治疗后比较,漏尿量、I-QOL积分、E2水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良齐刺中极穴可有效治疗女性围绝经期压力性尿失禁,其作用机制可能为提高机体内雌激素水平。
Objective To observe intervention of modified acupuncture at Qizhong acupoint in treating female stress urinary incontinence perimenopausal. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. Zhongji group was treated by acupuncture at Zhongji aeupoiut, and Shenshu group was treated by acupuncture at Shenshu acupolnt, with the course of I month. The 1 h leakage of urine, I-QOL score and E2 level were detected. Results In Zbongji group, the l hour urine pad weight, I-QOL score and E2 level have statistical significance after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differnces in 1 hour urine pad weight and I-QOL score in Shenshu group between before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）, and no significant difference was found in E2 level （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, there were significant differnces in 1 hour urine pad weight, I-QOL score and E2 level between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Needling at Zhongji is effective to treat female stress urinary incontinence perimenopausal, and its mechanism may be association with the improvement of estrogen level.
