摘要
目的观察养阴清热化瘀汤联合西医常规疗法治疗急性放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将68例急性放射性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组(36例)与对照组(32例);对照组予常规抗生素和激素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗措施基础上加服养阴清热化瘀汤。两组疗程均为2周,观察临床症状疗效及胸片疗效。结果 1治疗组、对照组症状缓解总有效率分别为86.11%、65.63%;组间症状缓解疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗组、对照组胸片总有效率分别为80.56%、68.75%;组间胸片疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养阴清热化瘀汤联合西医常规疗法治疗急性放射性肺炎的疗效满意,可显著改善患者的临床症状。
Objective To observed the clinical efficacy of ＂Yangyin Qingre Huayu Decoction＂ and western routine therapy in treating acute radiation pneumonitis. Methods Sixty-eight cases with acute radiation pneumonitis were randomized into treatment group and control group. Thirty-two eases in the control group were treated by antibiotics and hormone, and 36 cases in the treatment group were added with ＂Yangyin Qingre Huayu Decoction＂, with the course of 2 weeks. The clinical symptoms effects and chest radiography were observed. Results （1） The total effective rate of symptoms remission was 86.11% in the treatment group and was 65.63% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. （2） The total effective rate of chest X-ray was 80.56% in the treatment group and was 68.75 % in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂Yangyin Qingre Huayu Decoction＂ and western routine therapy can improve the clinical symptoms, and with satisfactory effects on acute radiation pneumonitis.
