摘要
设计并实际制造了一种X波段脉冲微波功率模块(MPM)。介绍了在微波功率模块分系统设计,尤其是高密度集成电源中,为提高频域特性采取的一系列措施。通过实际测试的相噪、杂散指标对设计中采取的措施进行了验证。同时还测试了两个MPM之间的相位差,证明了这种模块在相控阵雷达及其他功率合成领域中的应用前景。
An X band pulsed microwave power module (MPM) is designed and produced.The design measures,which are used to improve the frequency domain properties in subsystems of this MPM,especially in integrated power conditioner are introduced.The phase noise and spurious spectrum are tested to verify the validity of the design,especially those works on phase properties.The phase difference between two MPM is also tested to demonstrate its prospect in phased array radar and other power combining fields.
