摘要
采用转动极板电除尘技术对北仑电厂600 MW机组电除尘器进行了设计改造,针对其存在的问题提出了解决措施,对电除尘器的前四电场内部部件进行重新设计和更换,将末电场改为转动极板电场。转动极板采用旋转刷的清灰方式,有效避免了常规电场的振打二次扬尘,提高了除尘效率,改造达到了预期的效果。
This paper introduces the rotating plate technique for 600 MW unit in Beilun power plant to transform the original dust remover,some measures are put forward to solve the problems,the first four electric field is improved,the end electric field of the dust collector is changed into a rotating plate electric field. The rotary brush cleaning of the rotating plate can effectively avoid the secondary dust and improve the efficiency of dust.
