北京二七轨道交通装备有限责任公司从美国LORAM公司引进SBC-HP3型边坡清筛机,主要对有碴铁路线路的边坡进行维护保养。转向架国产化从第五列车开始。文中介绍了国产化转向架的设计方案、主要技术参数、结构特点及动力学分析计算。
Beijing Feb. 7th Railway Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd. imported the SBC-HP3 type ballast shoulder cleaning machine from the LORAM company in USA. The machine main function is clean and maintain side slope of ballasted railway line.Bogie localization beginning from the 5th train, this paper introduced the design plan, main technical parameters, structure characteristics and dynamics analysis ＆ calculation of the bogie localization.
