摘要
由于重金属中毒临床表现缺乏特异性及重金属毒物检测手段的滞后,容易导致误诊、漏诊及延迟诊断。普及重金属中毒的防治知识,强化医生对重金属中毒的警觉意识,将有助于早期诊断、及时合理治疗,降低重金属对人体的伤害。文章对汞、铅、铊3种重金属中毒的临床表现及治疗进行了简要阐述,对临床医生诊治具有重要意义。
As the clinical manifestations are non-specific and the means of detection usually lags behind,it is inclined to cause erroneous diagnosis,missed diagnosis and delayed diagnosis of heavy metal poisoning. Popularizing the prevention and treatment of heavy metal poisoning as well as intensifying the alertness of clinicians will help the early diagnosis and timely treatment,so as to alleviate the harm of heavy metal. This paper elucidates the clinical manifestations and treatment of three kinds of heavy metal poisoning（ mercury,lead and thallium）,which will be helpful in the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
