Expressions and clinical significance of ID-1 and MMP-2 in hydatidiform mole

摘要 目的:检测ID-1与MMP-2在葡萄胎组织中的表达,探讨两者间的相互关系,预测葡萄胎发生恶变的几率。方法:选取该院2006年1月~2012年3月就诊的首次清宫术后病理诊断为葡萄胎的患者为研究对象。首次清宫后组织标本138例,随访2年后失访9例,有效129例。ID-1和MMP-2的表达,并与正常早孕患者绒毛组作比较,分析其与葡萄胎组织恶变的关系。结果:各组间年龄孕周的差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。ID-1、MMP-2在葡萄胎恶变组、葡萄胎未恶变组、对照组的表达平均灰度值依次为(69.56±2.04)/(69.49±7.20)、(89.52±8.04)/(90.34±5.92)、(109.96±11.34)/(104.83±8.16),蛋白表达呈依次递减,且任意两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在葡萄胎组织中ID-1与MMP-2的表达有一定的相关性,相关系数为0.879,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:ID-1、MMP-2在葡萄胎恶变组、葡萄胎未恶变组、对照组中蛋白表达依次递减,ID-1蛋白表达与MMP-2蛋白表达呈正相关,提示ID-1、MMP-2的高表达可能在葡萄胎的发生及发展过程中有相互促进作用。 Objective: To detect the expressions of ID - 1 and MMP - 2 in hydatidiform mole tissue, explore the interrelationship, predict the risk of malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole. Methods: A total of 138 patients diagnosed as hydatidiform mole by patho- logical examination after complete curettage of uterine cavity for the first time in the hospital from January 2006 to March 2012 were selected as study objects, 9 patients were lost to follow up after 2 years, so 129 patients were included into the study. The expressions of ID - 1 and MMP -2 in hydatidiform mole were detected, then the results were compared with those in chorionic villi of normal early pregnant women; the relationship between expressions of ID - 1 and MMP - 2 and malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole was analyzed. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in gestational age among different groups (P 〉 0. 05) . The mean gray values of ID - 1 and MMP - 2 in malignant transformation group, non - malignant transformation group and control group were ( 69. 56 ± 2. 04 ) / ( 69.49 ± 7.20 ), (89. 52 ±8. 04) / (90. 34 ± 5.92) and ( 109. 96 ± 11.34) / ( 104. 83±8.16), respectively, which decreased in sequence, and there were statistically significant differences among the three groups (P 〈 0.05) . There was a certain correlation between ID - 1 expression and MMP - 2 expression in hydatidiform mole, the correlation coefficient was 0. 879, there was statistically significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : The expressions of ID - 1 and MMP - 2 in malignant transformation group, non - malignant transformation group and control group decreased gradually, there was a positive correlation between ID - I expression and MMP - 2 expression in hydatidiform mole. The study indicates that the high expressions of ID - 1 and MMP - 2 may promote the occurrence and development of hydatidiform mole.
