摘要
烟草异物剔除系统采用先进的机器视觉技术，通过成像设备来获取物料光谱图像，通过对光谱图像数据的处理来识别和别除杂物。良好的光源与照明方案是烟草异物剔除系统的关键环节之一。为有效提高行业应用烟草异物剔除系统的性能，在考察当前烟草异物剔除系统所使用光源的基础上，从光源种类、光源频谱、成像效果等方面进行了比较和分析，并对光源对烟草异物剔除系统性能的影响进行研究分析。研究结果表明：LED光源凭借其优异特性正成为光电式烟草异物剔除系统的最佳光源。
Tobacco sorter system is base on Advanced Machine Vision technology, which acquire material spectral image by the imaging device, then identify and remove foreign matter according to image data processing result. A good light source and well design of lighting is one of the most important factors in tobacco sorter system. In order to improve the performance of the tobacco sorter system effectively, after a review of the light source used in current tobacco sorter product, a research into the effect of light source on the performance of Tobacco sorter system, have been done based on the comparing and analysis between the different light source used in all kinds of tobacco sorter products from these aspects： light source type, light spectrum, and the imaging quality. The results show that the LED light source is becoming the best choice in tobacco sorter system for it＇ s superior features.
