河北省易县居民饮用水中碘、氟和砷含量调查 被引量:4

Survey on contents of iodine and fluorine and arsenic in drinking water of residents in Yi county of Hebei province

摘要 目的了解易县居民饮用水中碘、氟和砷含量,为地方病防治提供依据。方法按《河北省居民生活饮用水水碘、水氟、水砷分布调查方案》开展调查,调查范围为全县27个乡镇,以行政村为单位,对集中供水的村,每个调查村随机抽取并采集1份末梢水。对分散式供水的村,如水源少于5个的村,全部采样检测。如水源多于5个的村,按东、西、南、北、中5个方位随机抽取5户居民饮用水水样。水中碘检测采用碘的砷铈催化分光光度法测定(WS/T107-2006),水中氟和砷检测采用生活饮用水标准检验方法(GB/T 5750.5-2006)测定。结果全县共检测水样1 024份,居民饮用水中碘含量为(2.22±1.49)μg/L,氟含量为(0.26±0.12)mg/L,砷含量为(0.002±0.001)mg/L。结论易县为碘缺乏地区,不容易出现地方性氟中毒流行,不会出现地方性砷中毒病区,今后地方病防治工作重点仍是碘缺乏病。 Objective To investigate the contents of iodine , fluorine and arsenic in drinking water in Yi county and to providee scientific basis for the prevention of endemic diseases. Me,otis According to the press "Fluoride, iodine and arsenic distribution survey program in Hebei province residents drinking water of Hebei province fluoride, iodine, arsenic distribution survey program", the water samples from the county's 27 townships were collected, take an administrative village as a unit. One sampie of drinking water was randomly collected from every village with centralized water supply. For villages with decentralized water supply, take five samples of drinking water randomly according to directions (east, west, south, north and centre) if there were more than five water sources in the village; but take samples from all the water sources if there were less than five water sources, all the water samples should be collected. Water iodine contents were determined with arsenic cerium catalytic spectro- photometric method. Fluorine content and arsenic contents were determined with drinking water standard test methods. Results The residents drinking water iodine contents were 2. 22 ± 1. 49 μg/L, water fluoride contents were 0. 26 ± 0. 12 mg/L, and arsenic contents were 0,002 ±0.001 mg/L in 1 024 water samples in the county. Conclusion Yi county is a iodine -deficient area where endemic fluorosis doesn't easily happen and endemic arsenic poisoningarea dosen't exist easily. The key work of iodine deficiency prevention in the future will still be the iodine deficiency.
