番茄红素的亚急性毒性研究

摘要 目的研究番茄红素的亚急性毒性。方法清洁级SD大鼠80只,雌雄各半,按体重随机分低、中、高及溶剂对照四组,每组各10只,按受试物人日推荐量的25倍、50倍和100倍,给予不同浓度受试物,溶剂对照组给予大豆油,连续灌胃30 d。每周记录1次体重和2次食物摄入量。30 d后,采血进行血常规、血生化检测,取出肝、肾、脾、睾丸称重,并对肝、肾、脾、胃肠、睾丸、卵巢作病理学检查。结果在试验期内各实验组大鼠生长发育良好,体重增重、进食量、食物利用率、脏体比、血常规及血生化等各指标均在本实验室正常值范围内,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。病理组织学检查,未见特异性病变。结论在本实验条件下,番茄红素无亚急性毒性。 Objective To study subacute toxicity of lycopene. Methods According to the gender and weight, eighty clean adult Sprague Dawley(SD) rats, half of them male and half of them female, were randomly divided into 4 groups respectively, the low dose solvent group, the middle dose solvent group, the high dose solvent group and the control group, and 10 rats in each group. Rats in the low, middle and high dose selvent groups were intragastric administrated continuously for 30 d with dif- ferent test materials concentration( 25 times, 50 times and 100 times of the recommended daily dose), but rats in the control group with soybean oil. We weighed each rats every week and recorded food intake twice a week. The body weight, organ coeffi- cient, routine blood, and blood biochemical of rats were measured, The Liver, Kidney, spleen, gastric, duodenal, testicle and ovary were taken for pathological examination. Results All rats are with good growth and developmen in the test period. The indexes of the growth of body weight, food intake, food utilization rate, organ body ratio, routine blood and blood biochemical of rats are all in the normal range of this laboratory. There were no statistical significant difference compared with the Control group. Histopathologic examination showed no specific lesions. Conclusion Under this experimental conditions, lycopene had no subacute toxicity.
