摘要
目的探讨溶血样本对肝功能检验准确性的影响。方法选取在我院进行健康检查的受检者82例,分为溶血组与未溶血组。对两组受检者的血液样本进行肝功能各项指标检测,比对分析两组受检者的检测结果。结果溶血组受检者的肝功能中TBIL、GGT、DBIL和ALP低于未溶血组,有显著性差异,P<0.05。溶血组受检者的肝功能中ALB、AST、TP、ALT高于为溶血组,有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论在进行肝功能检测时,如受检者的血液样本发生溶血现象,则会影响受检者肝功能各项指标的检测结果,所以在进行临床检测时,应采取有效的措施,避免发生血液样本溶血现象,使检测的结果准确性得到保障。
Objective To investigate the effect of hemolytic samples of liver function testaccuracy. Methods In 82 subjects selected during health examination in our hospital,divided into groups of 41 cases with no hemolysishemolysis group 41 cases.On two groups of subjects using automatic biochemical analyzerblood samples of liver function indexes,Analysis of test results of two groups were compared. Results Liver function hemolytic group subjects in TBIL,GGT,DBIL and ALP lower than nonHDN group,there was significant difference,P〈0.05. Liver function hemolytic group subjects in ALB,AST,TP,ALT was higher than that for HDN group,there was significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion The liver function test,as the subjects of the blood sample hemolysis,wil test resultsindicators subjects the effect of liver function,so in clinical detection,we should take effective measures,to avoid the occurrence of blood sample hemolysis,the detection accuracy is guaranteed.
