摘要
目的分析晕厥患者的临床表现及急诊处理。方法回顾性分析35例晕厥的临床资料进行分析。结果 35例晕厥患者经急诊处理,显效27例,有效7例,无效2例,有效率94.3%。结论晕厥是由多种疾病引起的一组较为严重的临床综合征,主要针对病因治疗,消除诱因,预防发作。发作时病人较为痛苦,应迅速予以救治。
Objective Clinical performance and emergency treatment of patients with syncope are to be discussed. Methods The clinical data of 35 cases of patients with syncope are selected for retrospective analysis. Results After emergency treatment,among 35 cases,there are 27 significantly effective cases,7 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases with effective rate of 94.3%. Conclusion Syncope which is caused by various diseases is a serious clinical syndrome.The major treatment should be according to its causes to eliminate its inducement and prevent attacks.The patient at the onset is painful,thus treatment shal be adopted quickly.
