摘要
随着就业竞争日益激烈,高职院校毕业生面临的就业时的各种心理问题,本文探讨了高职院校毕业生就业时的心理障碍,分析了造成其就业心理障碍的原因,并提出了解决其心理障碍的措施和对策。
With the increasingly competitive employment, higher vocational college graduates are faced with all kinds of employ-ment psychological problems. This paper discusses the psycho-logical barriers of higher vocational college graduates in their employment, analyzes the causes of the psychological barriers in employment, and puts forward th countermeasures to resolve their psychological barriers.
