摘要
本文基于高职特色校园文化建设等要求,对一段时间以来,就学院人才培养所依托的浙江省建设行业的企业文化建设,尤其是与学院校企合作比较紧密的一些企业文化建设情况所开展的调研进行总结和提炼:行业企业文化建设成果的总结;优秀企业文化蕴涵的德育内容的提炼;行业企业对培养学生企业文化素养诉求的概括,以夯实高职建设人才培养中加强校企文化对接的认识基础和实践基础。
Based on the requirement of constructing campus cul-ture with higher vocational characteristics, this paper summarized and abstracted the survey on the culture construction of enter-prises in the construction industry of Zhejiang Province, espe-cially some enterprises which have a firm cooperation with col-leges and support college talent cultivation. The summarization is as follows：summarization of culture construction results of enter-prises;abstraction of the moral education content from the excel-lent cultural connotation of enterprises; enterprise demands for the cultivation of students＇ accomplishment of enterprise culture. The aim is to consolidate the cognitive and practical basis for en-hancing the connection of college and enterprise cooperation in higher vocational construction talents cultivation.
