摘要
目的对我院体检科老年体检患者中体质分型为痰湿质的糖尿病前期患者进行刮经治疗,观察刮经疗法对痰湿质糖尿病前期患者的血糖及体质转化分的变化,以了解刮经疗法的治疗效果,达到延缓进入糖尿病期的时间的目的。方法对所有符合条件的102例患者随机平分为对照组和治疗组,均进行饮食及运动指导,治疗组加用刮经疗法,主要是刮拭脾胃经体表循行部位及重要穴位,于3个月和6个月后观察空腹血糖及体质转化分的变化。统计学分析方法采用SPSS统计软件。结果刮经疗法治疗组的血糖及体质转化分较对照组明显降低,有极显著性差异(P驥0.01),大大延长了糖尿病前期患者进入糖尿病期的时间。结论刮经疗法对痰湿质糖尿病前期患者血糖及体质转化干预有显著效果,可大大延缓该部分患者进入糖尿病的时间以及促进体质向平和质转化。
Objective To observe the effect of scraping therapy on phlegrn wet pre-diabetic elderly patients. Methods All 102 patients were selected and randomly divided into control and study groups according to the established standards. Both groups received diet and exercise treatment, the scraping therapy was added to the study group. In the scraping therapy, the surface area of spleen and stomach meridian courses and related important acupoints were scraped by scraping plate for 6 months. Fasting blood glucose levels and body constitution scores were statistically analyzed by SPSS statistics software. Results After three and six month therapy, study group showed significant lower fast blood glucose levels and body constitution scores than control group （P〈0.01） . Conclusion Scraping therapy could decrease fast blood glucose concentration, promote transformation of phlegm wet body constitution into healthy constitution, and delay the progress of the pre-diabetic towards diabetic state.
